Rumble.

I have a 95 safari slx.Every time I accelerate and it is about to shift,the car trembles really bad,its like im going over bumps in the road.Any ideas to what this annoying little problem can be?

Sounds like your exhaust may be hitting the crossmember that it goes over.

Most common cause is a tired transmission mount.

Take a look - should be just under side door. There is a crossmember that is very close to the exhaust.
