Insurance cost, this seems off

20, male, single, victim of a hit and run accident 4 years ago and a 75 in a 65 ticket on my record.

Looking at buying an Evolution 8, and using online quotes, I could get insured by a brand new Corvette for the same cost. Hell, I could get a 02 vette and have it be cheaper. This seems a bit off?

That does seem pretty high. Make sure you do some calling around to local insurance shops and compare prices there too.
