to hold up my b16b because my DX towers can't hold it up, causing some camber and handling issues. I bought them for $50/ea, but they don't come with springs.. My question is can I use the ones off my DX? I have a spring compressor and everything, and I'm pretty sure it will work out just fine, but wanted to check with the af suspension geeks first haha

Yes you can use your springs. It's probably the springs giving you problems not the struts. Springs support weight, not struts. I would upgrade to :b16: springs if it were my car.

Yeah the Struts have nothing to do with your problem. Its your springs.

Get some Si Springs. www.clubsi.com

Post in the FS forum with a WTB: Si Factory Springs or just order some aftermarket lowering springs...

Maybe I'll just buy some coilovers then.

Ground controls w/ custom spring rates would be a good choice.

I assumed they weren't shipping the springs with the struts but they are actually sending the whole assembly :). I called them for an eta this morning.. Well, will I need rear ones as well or should the DX's be alright?

It might look lopsided but most likely you can run the DX rears...

It looks lopsided right now because the front is sunk down farther than the rear, these will even that out.

Well I just got them today and one says L the other says R. I'm assuming L=driver, R=passenger, but wanted to make sure w/you guys first..

Yes that is correct but I am almost postivie that DOESNT matter just Front and Back...

Yeah they were the same exact strut, but my god were the old rusted bolts a pain in the shitter. It took me five hours to swap them! After 6 beers, a stripped lug bolt, busted 17mm socket, and finding out a bolt has been MISSING forever holding my strut into the wishbone on my passenger side, I'm ready to jump off a cliff.
