58' Beetle Running Light(s) Problem!

I can't get the Running Light(s) to work on my 58' VW Beetle.
I just put a brand new bulb in, too. One of the tail light assemblies works great (i.e., signal, brake, & running light)! The other tail light has a running light "out" and the signal and/or brake light works fine.

How can I fix this running light problem? This is driving me crazy - I can't drive my vintage beetle at Night.

I think the left tail light might be on a different fuse than the right tail & tag lights.
