They're cold because bacteria thrive in warm places.Also it keeps heating bills down,and it stops derros from camping in corridors!:D

does anyone else not like hospitals? by that i mean, do you just not like them??? cause man, everytime im there, im either depressed or cold...whos with me on this one??

Well due to my more ummm dare devil days when I was a bit younger I did manage to spend a bit of time in the local one. I really liked the candy stripers and some of the nurses! Man nothing better than getting a sponge bath by a women in a white uniform hehehehe

Seriously yea I understand taranki, it is just as a patient it can get damn uncomfortable and cold due to your not really moving around enough to generate body heat.

I am with ya on that!! Think about it. A hospital makes it's money on germs, bacteria, viri, all kinds of nasty critters. If you aren't ill when you go there to visit, you probably will be when you leave. Hell yes they're cold, & they expect you to get warm with the thinnest sheets & blankets ever manufactored. & where do they get the uncomfortable chairs in the waiting rooms? De Sade?

Hey, thanks for opening up a new thread. I was always wondering why they were cold, so this helps. :D

I have managed to stay out of the hospital except to visit others. I intend to stay out the hospital for as long as possible barring one to two visits in the very far future. :)
