92 grand caravan no dash/running lights

I have a 92 grand caravan w/ no dash or running lights.Have tested all bulbs. CHecked headlight switch, fuses under dash. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, no owners manual. Thanks.

I have a 99 that does this from time to time. I don't know if it will work for you, since yours is a 92, but it gets mine back and running. Check the fuses under the hood, in mine there is a 10 amp fuse labeled IOC.
If I pull that out and put it back everything comes back to life.
