Blower motor resister

I bought a replacement blower fan resistor because my heater/ac fan only runs on 4 not 1, 2, or 3.

The trouble is that I cannot find it it to replace it. My book says that it can be accessed via the glove compartment. But I cannot find the %^#*## thing.

Any help out there? 1995 325 is.
