Brakes on 92 Buick

I really need some help!

1 month ago my brakes started acting up. The front passenger side caliper kept locking up and it would end up getting very hot and start smoking. I had it replaced and got the other side done too after that one started to lock up. Now it's doing it again on the passenger side.

I have no idea what else it could be. I went to MSN and looked up somethings about the brakes, but all it was telling me was some Buicks have problems with the pressure modular valve associated with ABS. I don' t think I have ABS and I don't have a clue what the valve is.

Has anyone else had the same problem? Can it be fixed? Should I give up and just buy a new car before it does this on the highway?

Can you confirm if you have abs? If you don't, I'd replace the flex lines first and if that does not help, replace the mastercylinder.

I do not have abs. If it is the master cylinder, wouldn't it be affecting both brakes at the same time?
