How do you remove the door panels inside the door without tearing it up?

remove the little cover behind the interior door handle, remove newly exposed screw.
Remove screws at the very bottom of the door panel, now lift the panel UP, NOT out. Once lifted disconnect the wiring.
Warning, if you pull out on the door before freeing it by lifting it you'll destroy it.

FYI To remove the little round access cover behind the door handle, pry at the top of it to avoid breaking it. Once you remove the phillips head screw, you have to remove the oval shaped plastic piece from behind the door handle also.
