If there's anyone out there with some good knowledge in diagnosting problems I need your help. My Honda doesn't like to start cold at all. Choking helps a little, but its still way more difficult then it should be. When does finally start, I can't give it any gas for a minute or two till it warms up a little or it'll just die. I was just wondering if anyone could give me a few pointers in tracking down this irritating problem. I rather fix it myself, then fork over my cash to a overpriced dealer. Thanks in advance for any help.

Start with the simplest solutions
1. check air filters
2. check gas filter
3. check spark plugs
4. smell for unburnt gas in the exhaust (carbs need to be rebuilt or adjusted)
4. check your battery for CCA (cold cranking amps)
5. check spark (or test ignition coils any other way)
6. check oils viscosity
if none of these help, ask again
