b18c1 in the 88 HF. Thats the lightest 4th gen ever made, and thats one hell of an engine. You wont be disappointed!

Now that ive satisfied the 4th gens, Go for the GSX! $ for $ its the fastest car there! Turbo+AWD=Awesome!

Yah GSX's in the 1/4 can be made super fast due to the AWD. Have some friends with DSM's and one of their buddys ran 12.44 in the 1/4, his daily driver, full interior, etc.

stay away from the 3000GT unless you have money for trannys or headgaskets.

stay away from dsm's including the vr4, sure they can be quick but they break alot more than any honda

go with the b18c1 hf quite possibly a low 13 sec car with traction and good driving

lol i would say go with a gsx or tsi but you better plan on upgrading the tranny before you do too much i've seen many trannies get broke

do the crx with the b18 thats what i want but i'm doin the b16 because the tranny in my si will match up and it lines up better ... but if you have the $$$$$ do the b18 in the crx.... thats just my take...

which engine do you have right now? and if your tranny mounts up to a b16, it will mount up to a b18 as well.

OK, to clear this up. I guess I do make things kind of confusing sometimes. I am a 14 year old male. I am still in middle school, but will soon be moving to High School. Anyways this was to place before you what the cars are that I have decided to tinker with on my way to achieving the vast knowledge of cars that I wish to one day hold. If you look at the legend at the end of my post you will see what the car has stock and what I plan to swap in there in place of that engine. I do not have an unlimited fund or mass of money, what I plan to do is save for the first car and do everything to it that I plan and then move up the list by trading in or selling the car and/ or parts to make enough money for the next car on the list in descending order. Thank you for reading this rediculously long, but greatly need post. :evillol:

well the only car i could see a high schooler be able to afford would have to be a civic. all those other cars will run you at least $5000. but you can find civics for $1000. plus when you get older and have enough money you can always build it up. but im a little biased toward civics. :icon16:

Maybe on their own. Some parents buy their kids anything though.
