Rough Running from day one

my 1990 Bronco has been a pain from day one. Its been an efi nightmare as I see others have had the same problem. The idle surges, the stuttering going down the road. Has to be something with this setup cause it seems to be very common. In search of any answers. Have done all the obvious and then some. The same as the other posters have said.
