80 MGB LE dieseling problem

Currently getting 1980 MGB LE out of my shop, where it's been for two years, and ready to sell. Engine's running fine but when I turn off the key, it wants to diesel. It's got a Weber carburetor. Is this a fuel or timing issue? Any help would be appreciated.
