Our baby was born..

Born April 16th at 12:25 a.m. We got to the hospital at 11 p.m. and I delivered w/ no meds an hour and a half later. 9 lbs 7.5 oz. 21.5 inches. He's very healthy, and being the first grandbaby on both sides, also very spoiled. :) His daddy is nuts about him. Wanted everyone to know!

Welcome to the 1st day of the rest of your life :) But seriously mine is turning 3 May 24th and it seems like just yesterday I was passing out in the delivery room as Britton was being born. LOL

He's sooooooo adorable, Emily! Congratulations! He's a big boy, but still not as big as I was... be glad, I had to be born C-style. :eek:

Can't believe I forgot the name. Blake Stanley. :) I'm feeling pretty darned good considering. Cabbage through a keyhole is not that far off. Surprisingly the contractions hurt much worse than the "stretching". SO glad I avoided a c-section though.
He's a really good baby, only cries if he's being changed or jabbed for blood tests and he sleeps and eats well and is very healthy.
