97 Sentra GXE clouded headlights

:dunno: What causes the Headlights to be 'cloudy?' (Seven years and 150,000 miles, right?)
In the daytime, they appear to be cloudy or foggy. They 'seem' okay at night, but I feel that they could be much better if I replaced them.
Aftermarket, stock or junkyard? I spent about six hours with my wife :naughty: in a you-pull-it last weekend and got a lot of good parts for my Caravan, Sentra and CJ7, but the headlights were either gone or trash.
