JDM Style Civic SI

Well, Not much so far. It is Painted.. Telefonica blue. JDM style front bumper and a Reverse Cowl hood (Scratchbuilt).Will be rollin on Stock SI rims Tell me what you think so far.

Im like that...strating projects, lose interest start another and the whole process repeats itself.

For your rims maybe just a small mist coat or two of gloss black directly over the chrome so you have an anodized black look. But if your dead set on silver, have at it!

For JDM style I filled in the front fog lights... Probably side turnsignals too.. Not sure. Motor will be like the Spoon B18.

And justin, No updates yet.. I messed the CF up...

i just got one of these. Im not sure what i want to do with it. Its hard to paint and putty the body where the bumpers join up because of the fact that the bumpers go on last...

im thinking of making it basically stock but with a completly wild paint scheme...maybe a Jamacian scheme because all i have is Yellow and green paint lol. I need white primer though...all i have is gray and it'll darken the paints.

Ok, Update.

Got motor assembled a little.. Will black wash it when done. Spoon decal is homeade, And i need to CF the intake tube, and detail the motor alot more. And here's a teaser pic of the body Sorry for the bad pic's.

BTW: How is JDM defined? What makes a car JDM-ish? Is there a homepage where I can read a description about this style and other styles like drifting or UDM?

Strictly speaking, JDM would be what you get when you buy a car, stock, in Japan. If you mod a car the way Japanese modders do, it'd be Japanese Domestic Aftermarket instead...

that paint looks damn sweet. I really like your cf patern, I see it as more of an alternative to traditional CF. But it still kick ass, especally on this color.
