Whats the Difference in a v8 and a v6, I mean besides the ovious 2cylinder's and the .8L (talking about mustang v6-gt).

well, V-8s have much, much more power potential and they typically make a lot more torque than a v-6. more than enough to make for the extra weight (which is negligible iwht aluminum block/heads). a forced induction (turbo/sc/nitrous) V6 will not be able to keep up with a v8 with H/C/I/E. an FI v8 is just untouchable.

besides, 8 cylinders always sound better than anything less =)

and as always, there is no replacement for displacement. people will say that forced induction is, but really it just makes the motor blow up faster.

not if you keep the engine up to par. and maintain it properly and keep the boost levels down.

What kind of statement is that? Completely false.

You wouldnt have nissans, volvos, hondas, ect coming from the factory turbo charged if it made them blow up. Stupid kids with turbo'd hondas make then blow head gaskets. By keeping their cars spooling the whole time they drive it, boosting them from redlight to redlight. thats what causes them to blow up faster.

pretty much bad tuning = motor death. old MB turbo diesles pull 300k miles all the time many of those motors go higher then that.
