Confused on order

I own a 1997 Firebird Formula. I've read that new headers can give me up to 20hp, a cold air intake will give 20hp, a borla exhaust will give 15hp, and a superchip will give 15hp. My question is, which order should I upgrade my car? Does it matter if I do the headers before the exhaust or should I do the exhaust first? I thought about this order: Intake, chip, headers, exhaust. What do you think? Thanks in advance!

Most hp figures a in a best case scenario, i.e. if you had a highly modified engine, those types of gains might be seen switching out the stock pieces. CAI will not give you 20hp, IMO. Mods are always good, just start doing them...
