Hate Ricers?

If you can't stand ricers, their attitudes, and lack of respect for other cars, please come to the automotive news desk section of this forum. It is posted under "Piece of Junk Hondas". I did not start this thread, but a ricer did, looking for a controversy to argue about. I figure he'll get an argument if he really wants it. :iceslolan

Judging from your other post, you're just as bad as ricers. Considering that you arn't even old enough to drive by yourself yet, you shouldn't be talking smack about anything.

you have no respect for THEIR cars, so whats the difference? you cant say their cars are slow b/c apparently you odnt have a car to compare to. so please shut the hell up.

HEY stop the aggression please. I speak from experience, and you guys will get over this rice vs. hot rod battle soon, if you are educated in automobiles. I may like muscle cars a whole lot, but I do admire feats by the foreign auto makers. Learn to appreciate all cars. The goal of the engineers is to provide you with a fast mode of transport which you can also abuse the speed limit with. They worked hard to engineer such technology into cars, so please do not say something sucks because of personal preference. You only have the right to diss a car if you have driven it and in personal experience found it to be lacking and/or terrible. Or if you have educated reasons to explain your choice. I know for a fact I dump loads of sht onto the pontiac GTO, and im not about to change that. I am thinking so because from specs and tests, this car does not live up to its name. I find it does not have performance potential for the money. It is not from brand aggression. If a subaru STi beats a 2003 Cobra, so be it. IF a civic can outrun a vette, who cares.(and we all know it cant) So please do some research before you impose such a stubborn minded oppinion on imported cars. Sure, they are good. BUT one thing I do not appreciate is ricerism. That is my only grudge. Don't hate it because it is chevy, honda, peugeot. Hate it because it sucks. Im chinese, and I dont bash american cars. In fact contrary to most stereotypes, I love em!

SIKCRX, I am not talking about ALL rice builders, just this one. Some build cars that aren't tacky, but actuall tasteful. Don't comment until you read the thread please. I have started the car that I would like to build, and hopefully it will be a reality in a few years. Started the motor ('69 sbc 307) and would like to build a woodys, but it is just out of my price range at this time, so I'll just settle for building the motor, and purchase the Model A frame and cowl section later. So seriously, don't get pissed, I just thought what he said was COMPLETELY ignorant. :disappoin
