Well it took about $91 in testing fees to finally pass, but i passed. Heres how it all went down: Failed NOx max2.0 i got 2.98 and HC max is .86 i got 1.16. After the first test i went a retarded my timing, adjusted the valves, changed O2 sencer and plugs. Went back got a 2.56 on Nox and a 1.6 on HC. OK more work needed, so i changed PCV valve, oil, and heres the big one....Sprayed my intake manifold with "intake manifold cleaner" while engine was running. Back again and got..............1.54 NOx and LOL and point something on HC, lower then max allowance. So now my car runs efficiantly, so i fowarded my timingand now im good to go. By the way for thoughs who dont know, i have an MSD,2-1/5" cold air intake tube, and a 4-2-1header with a custom 2-1/4" exhuast. Now heres something ive been thinkin of......im runnin 2-1/4" custom exhuast, got it done at a muffler shop. So the bends are alittle smaller than 2-1/4", so if i ran 2-1/2" exhuast, would that balance out to the same flow as a 2-1/4" with mandrel bends?

Hey, Thanks for this info, there are a few of us struggling with the emissions on our ZCs, (Damn trip permits!) $$$Talk about taking it up the tailpipe!$$$ anyway I'm new on here and would like to say hi to everyone.

Oh yea, to do my valve seals in my 2nd gen ZC I had to go through 3 suppliers before finding the right seal, first was acura, then honda and finally the one that found the right seals....Ideal Supply (aftermarket, go figure).
If you need info on this drop me a line.

P.S. the old seals would crack if I bent them slightly...bad ...very bad.
