Crappy A#$ sEATS

Any of the rest of you notice this? I mean to get a good get up on the accelerator I gotta put a pillow under my leg so I can have a better position. The seats suck ass in my RS and heal and toe'ing is a fucking bitch with Boots on. Any of you have this prob?

Dang man. Sounds to me like you just need to get rid of your car. You do nothing but dog the 3g and then yell at people who actually like theirs. Just sell it or something and get something that is, better handling, more comfortable, and actually worth modding.
Most of us love our car and thats why we come on here to talk to other people that want to learn and tell about their car. We dont come here to hear people complaining about how crappy the performance is or how much of a pain it is to drive with boots on. Come on man. Do us all a favor and sell your car!

The only prob I have with my RS seats is that when I am going thru a corner at high speeds (sometimes twice the recommended speeds), it takes a little bit of effort for me to stay completely grounded in the car, w/o sliding around at all. Sounds like you need some Sparco Torino 2's.

lol ok dude I neeeeeever yell at anyone for what car they drive, I was just explaining to the person who was looking at buying one what my opinion is, Most of you have GT's so its a little diff, and I just talk about the performance aspect of the car. I dont dog it at all I have always said that its very reliable and its perfect for every day driving or just to chill in. But to let loose in, naw not really. I like my RS its just uncomfortable for my height and i just dont like the way it handles. Lol and cant get another car my moms RAV4 blew up so shes using that and Im getting a diff one. Oh yah and thanks for the reply johny yeaht he seats are abit slippy. And Skinut Im sorry if I came off in a bad way that really wasnt my intention.

If you get a better suspension that lessens the body roll of the 3G, then you will not slide around in the seats as much. Personally, if you have the money, get the Tein SuperStreet coilovers w/upper pillowball mounts and EDFC. Those I can get to you for $1580. Retail for those is $1780.
If you do not have that much money to spend, I would suggest either Tokico Illuminas or KYB AGX's and the Eibach Pro-kit springs.

what did u expect from an RS?

lol its str8 yo and yeah the RS isnt all that good but I gotta say one thing about it, it yanks like a mother fucker in 2nd gear it seems to be able to run with base Celicas and older Preludes. Also does that suspension by Tein come with a camber kit? cause from what I heard you have to have a camber kit when you replace the Struts/shocks and etc.
