Altezzas?

Whats wrong with altezzas, almost everyone hates the, they think its to "ricey", actually I think they look way better then the red tail lights, especially on black cars.....

well i look at the term "rice" as kind of a way of saying played out, i personally dont like the chrome as for altz. on a black car, i think smoked tailights look best or just the stock tailights with the amber relfector taken out, but really you shouldnt worry about what other people think of your car, your buying the part because you like it, your paying for it becuase you think its worth the money. DOnt let other people's likes and dislike's influence your deciscion,

I dont give a sh*t what people say, It just gets annoying when a person calls a guy a ricer just because he has a body kit and a fat exhaust and some neon lights with everything else stock, I mean seriously I want my exterior to look how I want it and maybey later put it some nice parts........

and i dont give a shit about what your car looks like do what you want

I thought the black chrome Altezzas would be nice on my black car when I first got it. Nope.

the only color i like chrome altezza's on it white and silver. mine just happens to be white.. hehe.

since where on the topic of lights, anywone evere seen a 4th gen lude with those all white taillights on them? i always thought that might look good.

i agree, altezzas look dumb, but, i do like the smoked out lights or the ambers taken out. i dont understand why you would want your car to look fast, but not go fast? :screwy:

I think altezza looks great on most cars. Unless you buy the wack ones off of ebay.

Its not just that I want it to look fast, Once I get my prelude I want to work on the interior and exterior first and later on ill start adding some mods here and there..... also do you have any pics on the smoked out lights or the ambers taken out???

This guy has the amber's taken out of his tailights, he has a prime example of a clean looking car, the rims are a little to flash for me but it's still nice and clean.

Personally, I think Altezzas are nice, sharp looking really. But their so typical, that people dislike them. But if you like em, get em. I'm considering them for my red lude, but the stock w/out amber looks good too.

I agree with Prelewd though too, I'd rather spend on the engine & suspension. Nobody likes a "looks fast" car. Better to look stock and fly past every car that rolls up :evillol:

yea those smoked out tailights look great on your car sofast but on a black prelude, I dont think it would look that great, to bad there isnt no sight where you can try out headlights on your car........

The only thing I like more than OEM tails is the completely red ones I rendered in Photoshop. That includes the cleared ambers.

I don't really dislike clear taillights because they are typical. I dislike them because they make me gag. When I'm driving on the freeway, I see them, and I gag, and then I lose control for a couple seconds. It's really dangerous. They should be outlawed.
