I'm not sure how much for a rebuild but I'd think that you would be better off getting a 16g or some other turbo to get some more jump on your ride for just a little difference in price. :2cents:

I want a small 16g but the price is too much right now, $600 for 16g, $200 for install kit, and thhey say with the 16g i need to get the new injectors and pump and a few other stuff for it to work on my car. What all do i HAVE TO GET to make this turbo run on my car.

I was told differently....that you didn't need the injectors and pump for anything smaller than a Big 16g. This may not be true (I talked to the guys at extreme motorsports). This is the quote from their website

"For the Diamond Stars, we offer a range of turbo upgrades from the 16G to the monster level 7 Frankenstein turbos. Generally, turbos up to the big 16G or Frankenstein Junior can be installed with no other upgrades required. However, when considering a 20G or larger turbo, you'll need, at a minimum, 660 cc injectors, a front-mounted intercooler, an external wastegate setup and some sort of fuel control for the stock ECU."

Also slowboyracing.com has the regular (not EVO) 16g on sale right now for $499.
