Nice work on your elk, love the engine.
Next time work on getting the panel lines a little deeper and/or putting a wash on them. The door lines look a little shallow, maybe they arnt they just look that way. looks like you did a good job on the window trim also.

umm.....ummm.....well the dullcoat i havent bought it yet. the clostest hobby store right now is about 2 hours and 120 some miles away. i am at my grandparents right now and they live in a small town in the middle of no were. i will buy the dullcoat when i get home.

my impala (have pics up) has tha same motor but my friend told me it came outta a camaro kit guess not sure was hard 2 fit in a 96 impala tho lol nice i love tha color

the color i made myself, the car took around 5 coats of paint i did it in stages. took about a week to get the right color. i started a grey primer, with silver base, then added black in the silver, and so on.

i am back home now so i plan to buy a can of dullcoat as well as some pearl white paint, and some other things. i have my porsche in progress and i am doing it white.
