Will this tranny work?

I've been thinking about putting in a d16z6 in my 91 HB. I'll get the motor for free, has 130,000 miles on it. Somkes a little i figure a valve job might fix that, it's had a lot of hits on the rev limiter. Heres the qustion, will my tranny from my d15b2 bolt right up to this motor. My tranny only has 50 thou on it. I would hate to have to go buy another tranny.
