Ported Vacuum Line?

I have this line (hose) that has come loose from the Charcoal filled canister (part of the evaporative emission control system). It has 3 different lines, one goes to the fuel tank, one goes to the intake manifold and the thirs is the ported vacuum line. where is the ported vacuum line located?
