How do i change fog light on 325ci e46 2000

Can anyone out there help me please.
One of my fog lights has blown to little pieces and needs changing.
I have looked around the area but its not obvious how to remove the glass cover and get to the bulb. The manual just says refer to your bmw dealer. Surely it cannot be that complicated, can it!!!
