where is speed sensor on '99

looking for the speed sensor on a 99 2500 4x4. What does it look like, is it on tranny or transfer case, how many wires.

Inside the diff. It consists of a couple wires...

speed sensor is mounted on top of the rear diff. It is held in place by a bolt. You take the bolt out and then twist and pull the speed sensor out.
