That depends on what you plan on doing. Are you lifting the truck? Is it stock? What size wheels are you looking for? What size tires?

Offsets are usually pretty standard unless you state what you want.

Without spending a lot of money at least get some good aftermarket torsion bars and you could put an add-a-leaf in the rear. That would give you the necessary clearance for 32's. If you still have the original torsion bars in, they suck. My 4Runner was bottoming out all the time, and that's with a 4 inch lift. I went to Downey Off Road and purchased a set of beefy torsion bars. I couldn't be more pleased. I think they cost a hundred and change, I forgot, but it's not that much. I think you can get them from TRD and Performance Products and I'm sure anywhere else.
For rims, I would go 15X8. The offset will be standard. They will stick out a little, but that's good, it helps with stability. I have 33's on 15x10, those stick out even more, but I installed fender flares to keep the highway patrol off my ass.
**Don't crank the torsion bars too much, it becomes too stiff and bouncy in the front.
