I havent done it yet. But i have read/know somewhat how to do it. But anyways, i take it your car doesnt have fold down back seats. If so, then you will need to look in your trunk, you will see the bottom of the speakers on the top of the trunk. Now look towards the back of your trunk, you should see 3 maybe 4 little metal hook type things. You will need to bend these flat so you can pull the seat off, and then rebend them when you put the seat back on. Someone posted on here that it was a pain in the ass to bend those. But thats the only way i know of doing it. Once you remove the seat, you should be able to figure it out from there. Hope that helps ya.

yeah.. i explained thats how i had to do it in reply to someones thread. Though it was a pain in the ass, it was the only way i could get access to removing the speakers. good luck.

Remove the seat bottoms by pushing down and towards the back of the car the it pops off and out , then look for bolts that hold the seat backing into place , remove those and push and lift the seat backing out and remove the cover around the back window and the speakers are now in the open.
lemme know if im on the right track.

Never heard of it that way but it seems much easier.

yeah seat bottoms are always held down by hooks int he floor boards, been this way since at least the 60s, push down and ram the seat bottom towards rear of car hard and it should come up then, might have to try several times, once you done it you will always know how ot rmeove GM car rear seat bottoms, tjey are always hooked down not bolted down and i always remove my seat bottoms in all my GM cars so i can haul alot more inside the car, i never have rear passengers
good luck
