conversion

I am currently working on a conversion from non - turbo to turbo. The car is a 92 talon and the engine is from a 93 tsi. Both cars are front wheel drive. I currently have the schematics for both ecu's. There are only four wires that are different. My question is the resistor pack for the injectors. Does anyone know if I can bypass this and just run bigger injectors? :banghead:
