migranes effin suck!!!

Good god Ive had the worst migrane of my life. It started at 3:30pm and by 4 i was pukin (literally) it was so bad...the FOUR extra strength bayers finally kicked in and i got a lil bit of sleep, but here i am at 10:30 and i can still feel it! 7 hours! Dear lord! I cant function!! FUCK!

See a doctor. Could be anything from a pinched nerve to bad eyes or worse. Hopefully nothing serious.

I'm fortunate that I've never had anything that bad.

Next time you have a migrane take 2 cloves of garlic and a glass of milk. It works for migranes and normal headaches. Everyone I know that's tried it with a migrane, it was gone in an hour at most.

Yeah, all of those are good remedies. What I usually do is play Playstation (or something else brain intensive but still doesn't require deep thinking) If you concentrate on something like that, you'll soon forget about your current pain. But you should still see a doc.

Goddamn Library computer - the mouse doesn't have the cover on the bottom, so the ball keeps coming out! Can't we afford better equipment?! Oh that's right, the new football stadium. Whatever.

I've had migraines ever since I was a kid. They do suck!!

I had one for 9 days straight. Let me tell you, 7 hours Meh! :lol: j/k
I've even had to go to the hospital and get the ole' Demoral( spelling?) Morphine/Gravol injection. Now that will pop it for ya! actually it makes you pass out and you can't feel it anymore.

As far as the Playstation goes, I dunno man, if I tried to look at something like that I'd go over the edge.
The best thing, for me at least, is if I can catch it early on. I get the wierd blurry vision thing ( best described as water on your sunglasses ) and it's not until that part goes away that the pain starts. If I can jam 3-4 Super Strength Motrin ( insert drug of choice here ) into me and get to bed it goes away. Sometimes. :wink:

I've had the CAT scans, blah blah all sorts of crap but they just can't find the trigger.
Some people find it's chocolate, wine, MSG whatever.
Migraines run in my family as well. My dad's side of the family all get them. Anyone else in yours get them too?

Anyone who has never had one cannot relate to the amount of pain can they? They say crap like " oh I've had bad headaches before, you're just weak".
When you've seriously considered "eating your gun" so to speak, to stop the pain, then you come and talk to me.
