I have fitted genuine Alpina rims and badging to car to make it look more realistic......

Welcome. And nice car. Those rims do a lot for the car. I'm not fully educated on BMW's; could you tell me about the Alpina series?

With the Alpina's all that is BMW is the shell..... Alpina take a bmw, strip it and replace everything with uprated parts.... and to a higher spec!

if you ever get to see an Aplina have a look at the vin/chassis number on the suspension turret, the bmw one has a great big cross throught it and the Alpina number is stamped above it (looks like a poor effort at ringing a car). :iceslolan

Wow, that's cool. It sounds a lot like what Carroll Shelby did in the '80's with turbo Dodges, just not as high scale, I'm sure.
