Now the front (ingalls) camber kit didnt have enough clearnace to be installed on my 90 (STD) HB.. nebody else have the same problems? and well i soon discovered that the sway bar cant be installed cause it had no mounting points :( So can sum1 tell me what id have to get inorder for my ST rear sway bar to be installed and how much em i looking to spend? thanks

I think the issue is that you have the STD...Most of those suspension parts are made for the Si. Case in point, the lack of mounting points on the STD for the sway bar.:(

no, you need lower control arms and sway bar mounts from any si, or the kit Sus tech makes for cars that didn't come with factory sway bars.
What doesn't clear on the camber kit?
