having a starting problem

i have a 92 gsr. the starter doesnt turn over at all. but i took it out and had it tested. all wires seem like there intact. is there a type of fuse i coudl have blown or something where the starter may not be turning on?

could be a fuse but i dunno where it is
check the ground wires for good condition and tightness
check battery for proper charge.

Fuses huh.... I know of only two places where fuses are. inside the car on the drivers side by the on the left kinda by the cluth pedal. And under the hood on the passenger side right by the strut bolts. They are in a plastic box. Check all thoes. Then if that still don't work check the wire that connects to the battery. I have had that break apart on me before. There is also a plug that connects to the starter from the wiring harness. I guess if all thoes don't do it you might have to start following wires and seeing if there are any breaks. Thats all i can think of.
