hi kinda new with the site, but have a question about the trans performance option. i have been told that the car will not shift into overdrive with this option on, but i dont see a difference, also have been told that you will see the rpms rise and fall when you turn it on/off. i have owned the car for 6 years now and still dont see any of this. just got the car back after rebuilding tranny for 2nd time and was wandering if any of this could be the problem with my tranny's? there has always been a big difference in shift points and hardness, but not sure about the whole overdrive thing. one more thing anyone else out there had problems with transmission mounts? on my 4th one now, curious? thanks

no, sorry no probs here with temp or coolant light. I can't remember if there is a fuse for that or not, but if you haven't already checked it you might want to try that. I had my ABS light stay on and it was just the fuse. thanks for replying i was beginning to wander if anyone was going to.

The tranny mount. Just get a polyurathane(sp?) tranny mount. You'll stop replacin' them then.
Cooling system...first the radiator cap. if that's not the case..have your system pressure tested. This will show any leaks. Then thermostat. Is your waterpump working up to standard? On the radiator...do you see any signs of leaking? Just keep this in mind.
