Well i havnt been modeling much, so i thought i would do somthing box stock to get me back into it.

Do Aoshima do a RN3X Hilux 4x4 model? I'd like to build one of those like that , probably have to buy the late model kit and use the RN30 lowrider body.
But yeah, that looks awesome!! very tough. So the suspension, wheels, tyres are all box stock? mad! I think I'll have to order one of those!
where did you get it from, 1999.co.jp or something?

I have decided on doing the body Tamiya Silver Leaf or Tamiya Gold, im leaning towards the silver seeing i either want to do my R34 or C West RX7 in Gold.

What do you guys think?...

I love how the paint looks on it, I love this truck period.

Looks great spoonlin, I love the paint, suits it very well, I also like the color of the drive shaft (what color is that?) but uhh...whats up with that red rectangle on the underside of the box?

Sony: The drive shaft is like a rusty look, its a Hambrol enamel i bought a long time ago it says on the lid 55.

The red rectangle is from where i tapes the body onto my painting stand. (the underside will be painted flat black though, so it doesnt matter)

That's where he put tape to tape it to something to paint it. I like it, however, I hate these curbsides! Needs the tundra V8!

i have this kit. left chassis parts chrome and painted the frame chrome. i still dont know what color to use.
