striped power window

my crapachee as i call it when it lets me down has a siezed drivers window.not a huge problem but i live in rainy vancouver and its down. for a few months it would grind and not roll up but i could open the door pannel and lif it to get it started. yesterday it siezed. the motor is stll trying but the gear track is binding . i need advice on where to get a new track and how to install it.

thanks for all the advice on the window. i ended up going to jeep and asking a tech. i bought the corect part and tore up my hands trying to work in jeeps ever so friendly and spacious door. what a pain in the asssssss that was. didnt jeep ever hear or screws and or bolts. whats with all the rivots?
