I agree man, the NT's look too big on it. Also on the TE-37's do the rear rims have lips on them?

Neither. They are too big. They don't fit the car at all, and they would make the car bog miserably during acceleration.

Maxse,
I like the TE-37 look, but a smaller version like the others said, and no rwd offset wheels. For some reason it looks strange having the deep lip in the back on a FWD car!

I think if you want to go with the te-37' you should get the ones made by fujmi. They are 17" instead of 19" and they would probably fit better on that car. I have seen the fujimi te-37's on ebay.

Both those wheels in the Civic pics are Fujimi......
The rear dish on a FWD....hmmm..I wouldn't do it.
Personally I like the NT-03 over the TE-37 but for this model I would go with Fujimi Spoon Sports.

You don't have to tuck the wheels so you could still use Spoons. The profile of the Fujimi tire will also take up some of the space. They will work just fine.
