hi, im looking into purchasing an older (i believe 88-ish) 190E for around 2grand and id like some help as to what to look for in purchasing it. First of all i'd like to know what are the problem areas associated with the models and any weak parts i should replace soon after purchasing it. The body has alot of miles (180 k'ish) but supposedly the engine was just rebuilt. It's an 8 valve model and seems to have an excellent body. How do perfomance options look towards this car as well as the relative price on replacement parts compared to domestics? I understand there is the evolution models but i dont see much else aftermarket, and DAMN that stuff isn't cheap. Id like to know a couple good links as to where to get parts, aftermarket or not and where to find the best prices on the euro headlights. And yes sadly the car is riced out haha ... but i'll have to work on that, although it seems sort of hopeful. (american racing rims although they are pretty big; 17's, and the APC remus style muffler). For a freshman in college with a min- wage part time job i believe this would be an excellent car, man could i mack chicks in that baby... :smokin: Yea anyways thanks for any help, oh and does anyone know a good estimate for gas mileage of this model?

word to your mothers :p, thanks
