Whenever i look at Integra LS dynos, i notice that they don't read their peak until around 6K to 6.2K RPM... unlike others that reach their peak sooner like eclipses, accords, etc.

is there any way to do this for the integra? or would i need some gear box to adjust the ratios? i dunno what i'm talking about, just throwing ideas in the air....

cams and or cam gears would help you with more power down low. These motors like high R's. A cold air intake would help a little bit down low also.

Recess the floor so you can push the gas pedal down further.

Why does peaking at 5000 or 5500 rpm matter? It just means you have less rpms to work with.

Cams with greater lift and duration move your power up further in the rpm range. They will not help the low rpm power. The best thing to do is a B20 swap it is cheap and easy, you can get them for around $600-900. And they are a direct bolt in and you use the same ecu. Just swap the intake and exhaust manifolds form the B18B1 and you are set. :bigthumb:

WOW, thats a cheap date. What is the B20 out of? It bolts right in? That tweeks my intrest a bit. How much power does a B20 put down?

will a b20 bolt directly into a 91 ls or would it need a new motor mount

Yea it will bolt right into a 91 ls. The same thing applies to you though, you need to swap your intake manifold and exhaust manifold onto the B20. I would suggest though to get a Skunk2 manifold b/c the 91 ls manifold does not flow well at all. Or if money is tight get a 94-95 ls intake manifold that will help with the flow a little.

The B20 is from the CRV. It is basically the same exact motor as you have, except it has a bigger(84mm) bore vs the 81mm bore of the B18B1. Now there are some thingsd to keep in mind when geting a B20, there are different ones. Check this link out http://hybrid2.honda-perf.org/tech/b20/b20tech.html
