Wow it's simply a masterpiece! Sweet aerodynamic lines and the golden rims suit it perfectly. Great choice of colour. I'm loving it. Love the GT wing as well. Nice!

very clean, love the rims.
Did you take a mold of the rear wing shape? as you seem to be reproducing it realy well, i like it.
also where did you get your alps printer from as seeing all those great graphics is realy making me want to do them myself.
costs etc if possible.
cant wait to see more progress

I made this from plastic card last October, then refined it more, and now I cast my own copies as I seem to love them and put them on most of my recent builds.
The Alps came from www.Ebay.co.uk (http://www.Ebay.co.uk), but they don't come along often 3-4 in the last year and they get snapped up quick and the price can go quite high for a 6 year old printer £120-£200ish depending on the model.
I looked for over a year before winning mine.
Beware!! Many 2nd hand alps printer have knacked heads, due their age.

cheers fro that mate, will look at buying one new from the uk if its possible. need something that will be compatible with XP as i have heard that they only tend to like 98 or ME.
Wing is certainly very nice, perhaps you could sell me a few resin copies????

Now 99.9% complete, I need to wash the wheel centres, replace a few decals that got scratched due body fitment problems and shes done.
Mods: I cut out the moulded intercooled and replace it with scratch built one. Exhaust was custom made. Bonnet catched from PE off a Impreza Rally car set. Large Rev Counter was custom turned.
The brakes are SAS PE parts, The seats are SAS Bride ones, and the decals were custom printed.
Thanks

AWESOME! :bigthumb:
You are really a professional model cars maker. Your art work in decal is professional, too. Keep up the professional work.
Can you tell me which ALPS model you own? I have MD-1000 and MD-2010, but some color ink can't support.
