'93 F-150 AOD shift linkage

Something in the steering column broke and I'm stuck in Park. I've got everything out of the way except the dash. How difficult to find the problem and fix it?

Well, if it is anything like the c6 design. Look down where the steering colum comes through the firewall, and there will be a litle arm on it with a shaft going to the tranny. Check that.
