Made a few bucks

My folks called my wife and I to meet up with them at the casino (its about a quater mile from our condo) for dinner. It was a good meal and we had a good time. My mom and wife wanted to go play the nickle slots and my dad went to play some blackjack. I'm not much of a gambler but I was standing by one of the quarter machines and dropped three quarters in. Spun the wheel and walked off with $620. :smile:





Note: Don't gamble with more then you can afford to lose.

I never win at casinos :( But I don't lose too much money anyway, if I'm not winning after like $40 I quit lol.

The only time I won was at my 19th birthday when I first one, I won $40... slot machines are fun though :)

congrats man, you beat some steep ass odds. I hope I never get sucked into gambling in a casino, I love gambling, but in a casino, you know what they say: "the house always win" odds are winning in slots are ridiculous. so if you do win money, consider yourself very lucky. Most just gamble it all anyways and just end up losing it all

I went gambling once, my mom gave me $100 I lost $20 and pocketed $80. I don't gamble it's a waste of my money.

When all my mates turned 18 (legal age to do what you want, incl, drinking) they put 10 bucks into the pokies, and scored over 100 bucks back.

I put 1 buck into the pokie on the weekend and scored a profit of 4 dollars 25 cents.
Not much, but it more than bought me a beer!

That's nothing. Once my uncle was standing outside a casino and some guy came out screaming "I WON I WON!!!!" and gave my uncle $500 cash on the spot. :eek:

Wow thats pretty nuts. I only play Craps...I usually walk away in the positive, only a few times have I ever walked away in the negative. But I would NEVER do what that guy did.

betting everything on one game of roulette is just too much. the consequences far outweigh the benefit

niiiiiiiiiiiiiice. so now go invest that $600 and in a few years, retire. (ya okay, so it's not incredibly likely, but hey, this kid has luck right?)
