Where is the vtec solenoid located on a b16, and is it easy to clean the filter?

its on the front side of the head on the distributor side. it will have a green plug and a grey plug. unbolt the two or three bolts holding it on, remove it, and you will see the screen inside.

my b16 has the same problem but the vtec was never hooked up (the guy just told me who he sold me it). I need a vtec pressure switch, wondering where I can get one online... BTw, heres a picture http://autorepair.about.com/library/graphics/vtec_press_sw.jpg
