Honda Eater

Yea so the weekend after i got my MkII Supra i went out to the berlin turnpike in CT and basically demolished this Civic Hatch with exhaust and gauges that didnt go anywhere haha. I thought it was boosted because it had some crazy looking gauges, but turns out it was pretty beat. I murdered it and never even had to put the pedal down halfway lol. And just think..that was with the 2.8L, BEFORE i swapped in the 3.0L hahaha..now for the next killll....

why the hell would you race a honda? It's a lose lose situation. If you win they will say " great, you beat a honda" and if they win they'll say "dude, you just lost to a honda" honestly, go pick on a honda that you know is built, or go race something that has a credible name and is a challenge.

did i say i picked a fight with it? no he pulled up next to me and knowing all the little ricers with their hondas out there he wanted to go. so i went because if you dont then you just look like an asshole. ive raced many things that should have beat me including an MkIII, Integra Gs-R, Jetta 1.8t, SE-R, and a few Si's..just because i can run and i kno how to drive. plus who races anymore...DRIFTING is where its at...so maybe you should meet up with me somewhere and race my project MkII Supra with a 2jz engine swap, 6-speed tranny? I dont take it out much, unless its a set race at like 1am..its like your car but on a diet...300 lbs. lighter?? and with ME driving...i wont even tell you what it runs...so when you can beat me then you can tell me who i should race..

lol ok, first off, finish the engine code. a 2jzge is a nonturbo (which is probably what you have) and a 2jzgte motor is a TT motor. If your gonna shout out what you have done, at least finish it. second, a 300 pound difference is not gonna make much of a difference unless you have just as much HP as your opponent. and third, if you have that much money invested in yourcar, your probably not racing a honda. just a thought.

haha, flyinmkIV has a point, when u said other cars that should have beaten u, are u talking about with the 2.8 liter motor or the 2jz motor. i'm sure the gsr's and mk3 turbos will win with the 2.8 liter motor. also, what is with the "no one races anymore, it's all about drifting." lol, everyone still races, and very few actually try to drift, unless they are rich and are willing to repair broken axles. as with flyinmkIV, this is just a thought

hey guess wut..ppl who KNOW supras dont have to finish an engine code..clearly if i was talking about a serious supra engine it would be TT...and actually it IS a 2jzgte not two t's..so learn some codes if you're going to be on a supra forum..and if you knew what a ricer is..clearly a twin turbo supra is NOT rice..and $1000 wouldnt be worth my gas or the wear on my engine sorry..i race for slips or i dont race at all...bring it to the strip and let me kno when it runs 10 secs...then it'll be worth it..and an mkIV supra is about 3500-3600lbs. while the mkII is only 2880...thats A LOT..and yes it does make a difference..which is why civics can beat cars that are 400 lbs. heavier then them with no power what so ever..so first learn about cars and then talk shit...

How about we settle this, make a tape showing me that you actually have this car with your TT motor in it and your 10 second pass at the track and I will post on here that I am a complete fucking moron and will never post here again. MKIV beats a MKII hands down anyday?? I'm sorry I was under the impression that the MKII was almost 1K lbs less than the highway tank with minor work. Now if someone does actually swap a BPU 2jzgte into it common sence will tell you who will be faster, even with the same mods. Don't try and start a MKI/MKII/MKIII vs. MKIV thread.

lol this was pretty funny to read all of your "honda eater" thread....but only racing for slips? and not putting one grand on a race is more that worth it b/c if you engine is tuned right and its all you say it is there wont be any wear and tear on it at all....and if you only race for slips did you take that honda home with you? yea i didnt think so guess you really dont just race for slips cuz if you did you would have lost your car long ago to a real racer

I love the MKII but even with the 2jzgte it would still be slower then the MKIV. True that it does weigh less but it doesn't have the rear supension to handle the power. The second the power to run a ten hit the rear end it will sqawt the rear end down botteming out the suspension. The MKIV doesn't have this design flaw. Yea it had IRS to but it is designed to handle the power and weight of the car. And flyinMKIV knows his supras, most people just seems rice.
