Cooling Problems

I can't figure out why my camry is overheating when a/c turned off and temperature is normal when a/c is running. Need to figure out ASAP. Any immediate assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Possibly, your primary cooling fan is not working and the secondary fan cools the radiator when you turn on the A/C. Secondary fan is normally off.

Once your engine is at normal operating temp, the primary fan should come on and off periodically. If it never comes on, you probably have a bad fan motor or a bad fan thermostat.

When the engine is cold, open the radiator cap and make sure your coolant level is up to the top.

coolant level is at top just put in new radiator,radiator cap,flushed system, and pulled out thermostat

Both fans come on w/ a/c on

Does one of the fans come on without the A/C on? That is the question. One fan must come on with the A/C off and the engine hot.

my camry had that problem it was fan relay no 1 went bad.

Bad head Gasket !!!
