Hmm. I dont know that code by heart or anything, but it the car acting up any? It may be one of those things the pcu just thinks is wrong because it gettin out of spec. Some things like that have no purpose. Unless of course you work at NASA and think that your exhaust is knocking holes in your playground since hc's and co's are to heavy to get up there anyway.

Evap flow, hummm. When you fill up with gas are you over-filling it into the neck? Sounds like fuel to me. I'd have to read up on it to be sure, but when you say evap i think charcaol can. If you have been overfilling the tank, then the overflow has filled your charcaol can, not a cheap fix. The canisters run around $200 avg if thats the prob.
