I recently looked up the step by step process for the swap because i wanted to do the same thing to my G/F's car. I don't remember all the steps and/or where. But, I can tell you a few things.. You will need a pedal assembly with a clutch pedal, shift linkage, and some wiring knowledge. I'm sure there is some more to it. I can tell you this for sure. I decided not to do it because it was too much of a pain it a$$.

You will need teh tranny of course, but other than that your gonna need
shift linkage
transmission mounts
the gearbox
shifter
a new center console to support the shift boot
clutch cylinder
clutch resevoir
pressure clutch lines
all hydrolic clutch plumbing
a new brake booster
Brake/clutch bracket assy.
clutch pedal cable
adjustable tachometer since your redline and shift points have changed
as you can see its a very frustrating process and is very costly... i will say the same thing i always say..IF you want a stick buy a stick otherwise just deal with what ya got...yes it can be done but is it really worth it...........
