Suzuki Cara

I was wondering if anyone knows of any sites about this car? I know it is the same car as the Mazda AZ-1 and that they made double AZ-1's that they did Cara's. I asked this question on the Mazda forum and maybe someone can help me here. I was also wondering if anyone knows of anyway to get parts for the AZ-1/Cara and if they know of a way to have one imported to the states. thanks.
